South Tryon St is quickly becoming known as the Center City's "high rent district"... helping this new image is Ruth's Chris Steakhouse which is scheduled to open this January near the corner of 3rd and Tryon Streets. I hear that they plan to deliver room service, but only to the residents of the 230 S. Tryon condominium building located next door.
