This new 42 story condo tower (see above) was just recently unveiled and will be part of Wachovia's new Cultural Campus to be loacted on Tryon St between 1st and Stonewall Streets. The condo tower is estimated to be comprised of 300 condominium units, but no other information has been released at this time. Also part of the Cultural Campus will be a 48 story Wachovia office tower and four museums, as well as a 1,200 seat performing arts theatre.
