Several Uptown development rumors are out there, and I have good insider proof of them, can't release much more info now, but looks good for N. Tryon St:
- I saw a rendering of a mixed use development of several tall towers where the old Renaissance Hotel used to be near 9th and N. Tryon
- I was told of a 40 story proposed residential tower where Crush nightclub is currently located off Stonewall
- A new plan and developer for a previously planned development on a corner of N. Tryon St.
