Julius Peppers of the Carolina Panthers lives at Settlers Place and Matt Carroll of the Charlotte Bobcats has a condo at Fifth and Poplar. Actress Holly Robinson Peete had a condo at The Ratcliffe, and football star turned TV personality Keshawn Johnson lived at a penthouse at Courtside.
