Construction is underway at the old "The Park" condos building in Uptown Charlotte. Interior demo has been going on for several weeks and the old facade is now being taken down. The condo building has been renamed "SKYE condos" and will feature a Grand Lobby with valet parking on the ground level, parking on floors 2-6, a hotel on floors 7-9 and 11-13, the 10th floor will feature a "SKYE Lobby" and seperate amenity areas for the hotel guests and condo owners, and the rooftop will feature an 8,000 sq ft restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, a "SKYE bar", and a rooftop pool! Floors 14-18 will be the "SKYE residences" and floor 19 will feature larger condos called the "SKYE club".
